Meet the Commissioners - Dr Raymond Mullan OBE

Dr Raymond Mullan OBE appointed 1 October 2009, Dr Mullan is currently Interim Director & Chief Executive of Belfast Metropolitan College and was formerly Director & Chief Executive of Newry & Kilkeel College of Further Education. He is chair of Greenshoots-Newry Ltd, an innovation and incubation company supporting fledgling business which was formed by Newry & Kilkeel College in conjunction with the University of Ulster.  He is also a Commissioner of the Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission and is a non-executive Director of the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. Dr Mullan has served on the Northern Ireland Economic Development Forum and is a member of Newry Chamber of Commerce and Trade.  Dr Mullan is an Economics graduate of Queen's University, holds a Master's degree from the University of Ulster and is a Doctor of the University of Ulster.
