Five Year Review
Paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 9 to the Northern Ireland Act 1998 states that "A public authority shall, before the end of the period of 5 years beginning with the submission of its current scheme... review that scheme and inform the [Equality] Commission of the outcome of the review."
